Re: Medium duty pallets for our new warehouse – need some real-world feedback

What's the heaviest single load you'd realistically be putting on one pallet, mixing electronics and auto parts? That worst case number matters way more than the average when you're deciding between 1000 and 1500kg capacity options.

Slow cranking for a week is exactly the warning sign before a complete no start. Glad you're getting ahead of it now instead of waiting for it to die completely at the worst possible moment.

Re: Tried that premium BMW workshop in Mussafah - here's my honest take

7k dealer quote for a valve cover gasket on a 528i is steep for what is a fairly common N20 job. Half that price with genuine parts at a premium independent shows the markup at dealerships is mostly just overhead, not better quality work.

Dealer pricing is painful but the warranty risk is real. Find an independent shop that uses Mopar parts and provides stamped service records. That combination usually keeps extended warranties intact.

Re: My Q5's S tronic wasn't shifting right until I found these specialists

Been sitting on a similar shifting issue with my Q5 for months because I was scared of the quotes. This post genuinely gave me hope. Did they do the clutch adaptation the same day or was it a separate visit?
