Hygiene concern with plastic makes sense if you're storing anything sensitive, but make sure whatever you pick is actually rated for repeated wipe downs and not just marketed as easy to clean, those are different things in practice.

Genuine Amaron batteries should have a serial number you can verify online through the official distributor site. Any dealer hesitant to provide that or unwilling to let you check is worth being cautious about.

Good questions to ask: Do you have wiTech software? Do you use genuine Mopar parts? Can you provide stamped service documentation? If they hesitate on any of those three, walk away.
