Managing multiple Twitter accounts from one device

Guys, need some advice. I’m running a few different projects and each one requires its own Twitter profile. Is it still safe to manage multiple Twitter accounts from one device without getting suspended? How do you handle it in practice?

I’ve been running three for over a year now. The key is not mixing niches and not constantly switching logins. Different browsers help a lot. If you avoid spammy behavior, can work just fine.

At first I did everything in one browser and quickly got limited. Later I separated things: different browser profiles, different posting schedules, no repetitive actions. I also used verified emails and phone numbers. Since then, almost no issues. It are possible, but you need discipline and an understanding that the platform closely tracks behavior.
