Tried that premium BMW workshop in Mussafah - here's my honest take

After getting quoted nearly 7k for a simple valve cover gasket replacement at the dealer, I decided to try one of those higher-end independent places that advertises as a Premium BMW Workshop Abu Dhabi and honestly I was skeptical at first because I figured "premium" just meant fancier waiting area and higher prices. But the experience was surprising. They picked up my 2014 528i from my office, sent me a video of the oil leak showing exactly where it was coming from, and gave me a loaner 3-series for the day. The final bill was still less than half of what the dealer wanted, and they used genuine BMW parts plus a 12-month warranty on the work. The workshop itself was cleaner than some dealer service centers I've seen, and they even washed and vacuumed my car before returning it. I'm not saying I'll never go anywhere else, but for major engine work like this, the extra attention to detail was worth it. Has anyone else tried these premium independents? Curious if my experience was just luck or if they're consistently good.
