as an entrepreneur, I spend a lot of time on long-term strategy to keep my boutique established and ahead of the curve. I’m currently working on my planejamento dias úteis for the next quarter to prepare for the big sales seasons.
I find that if I don't account for every single bank holiday across my supply chain, things get messy fast. How far in advance do you guys plan your working calendar? I want to maintain a professional and high-quality flow for my business so we never run out of stock during peak times.
