Cenforce 150 mg may be prescribed by a doctor as a treatment option for erectile dysfunction, but supporting your husband goes beyond medication. Open, honest, and non-judgmental communication is key to encouraging him to share his feelings without pressure or blame. Focusing on emotional intimacy, affection, and shared activities can reduce stress and performance anxiety, which often worsen ED. Lifestyle changes like regular exercise, a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and stress management can also improve sexual health. Encouraging a medical consultation ensures that underlying causes, such as heart disease or hormonal issues, are addressed safely. Your patience, understanding, and support can help him feel confident, reduce anxiety, and improve both physical and emotional connection in your relationship.

i am a 24f and have been married for 2 years.

i have recently discovered i am bi, and want to experience this side of myself. however, my husband would never allow me to do this, since obviously he does not want me having intimate contact with anyone other than him.

i have been thinking about this girl who works at my clinic, and was wondering how you all navigate such a tough choice like this. should i just do it, and let whatever happen happen? i love my husband dearly, but i think this is something i have to do.
