Check the manufacture date sticker on the battery before buying, not just the warranty card. A shelf sitting battery loses charge capacity even with a fresh looking warranty stamp regardless of price.

Price doubling between shops for the same Amaron model usually means one place is selling genuine stock and another is either marking up heavily or pushing something not quite right. Worth asking for the supplier invoice if the price seems off.

Most legitimate battery dealers in Dubai do install on the spot, it takes maybe fifteen minutes including disposal of the old one. JLT has a few options nearby but Al Quoz tends to have better pricing if you don't mind the short drive.
