Would Janitor AI be safe to make personal conversation in 2026? (Data Privacy Concerns)

Hey everyone! I have been playing with Janitor AI a little roleplay recently, though with all the new data privacy policies this year I am starting to feel a little paranoia about where exactly our chat logs are. Does the platform encrypt traffic with end to end privacy of the private bots, or can the developers see everything we type? I noticed two or three individuals on the forum getassist stating that third-party APIs may be capturing information. In case anyone has examined their 2026 update to their TOS or has an idea on how to ensure that sessions are indeed private, I would know. I feel great freedom here but then I do not want my "Limitless" chats to be kept on a server somewhere indefinitely!
